Music, art, technology, and community has brought sweetness to me all my life. For about 20-years now, I've walked a path of service to others embodying these pillars in society. Whether managing an event or facilitating a Yoga class, I strive to stay grounded, in my heart, and ready to deliver. One life mission for me is to rekindle the prevalence of community rituals and other types of conscious gatherings in 21st century society. My experience thus far in academic research, spirituality, event production, entrepreneurship, and personal development has brought me to a boil ready to lovingly realize this mission. Born and raised in Michigan, I have a blended interest and respect for both rural and urban culture. I love the outdoors, music, traveling, and working with my hands. I co-own the Bay-area based boutique outdoor living space company called East Bay Shovel & Hammer. I have over 15-years of experience in landscaping and other trades. Outside of designing and building outdoor living spaces, I love assisting event productions. I look forward to seeing how I can help with your gathering with professional setup of lighting or installation of a custom deck or shade structure!

I have spent over 20 years teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leading in many genres and age groups from toddlers to seniors. I feel strongly that our efforts will allow individuals or groups the ability to let their uniqueness come to fruition and I look forward to assisting in those efforts. A mission I strive for is helping others experience Mother Nature and spiritual expression in community and working on relationship and realization alive.
